| MISSION The mission of National Campers of the Deaf (NCD) is to promote, protect, and preserve the rights of Deaf Campers in America. |
| OBJECTIVES OF THE NCD This campvention shall be to further principals of the NCD; to create and to boost interest in camping; to enchance travel enjoyment; to enhance companionship of the families and friends who uphold this constitution and bylaws. |
